How to Add Magic to Wedding Ring Photos with Household Items

Here’s an 8-minute video by the YouTube channel Magic Lens that shows how you can create magical wedding ring photographs using ordinary things found around the house.

The goal is to create interesting settings and backgrounds by adding beautiful blurs, lights, and textures to your shots. Here’s a look at some of the different things used (aside from lights, flashes, and flashlights) and the resulting photos that were created:

Hairbrush and Colored Plastic

Forks and a Shoehorn

Blue Sequin Dress and Spray Bottle

Coins and Colored Plastic

Paper Clips and Aluminum Foil

Lighter and Aluminum Foil

Watch the video at the top of this post if you’d like a closer look at the exact setups used for each photo (as well as an overview of the main camera settings). You can also find more Magic Lens video tutorials through their YouTube channel.
