Tip: Long-Press the Plus Button in iOS Photos to Make a New Folder

iosphotostip

Here’s a sweet and simple photo organization tip for those of you using iPhones and iPads: in the Photos app in iOS, you can create a new folder by long pressing the plus button (+). Albums can help you group collections of photos, but folders can help you group sets of albums for increased organization.

Unfortunately, there doesn’t appear to be a way at this time to move top-level folders into new albums, but perhaps Apple will add that functionality into an upcoming iOS update.
